This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one K.Papathi, second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there is no First Information Report or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in the second respondent Police Station. Petitioner is not required for any enquiry and there was no harassment. 4.Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that there is no First Information Report and petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner, he is not required for any enquiry/investigation and there is no harassment against him, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as 2/4
