ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16922 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24892 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16922 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24892 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
