would state that he has no instructions from the petitioner. However, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would state that the 2nd respondent was reinstated in service on 17.08.2009 with full backwages and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
