Writ Petition being numbered on transfer of O.A.No.3859 of 2003 filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the pay of the petitioner from 15.12.1972 onwards till 14.02.1975 and also to sanction travelling allowances to the applicant for attending the training course from 12.06.2000 to 16.06.2000 at the All India Institute of Local Self Government, Mumbai and to disburse the monetary benefits thereof with 18% interest per annum. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that vide G.O.Ms.No.261, Water Supply Department dated 11.06.2007, the petitioner's service was regularized for the breakup periods and he was also granted travel allowance.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is dead, however, till date, no steps have been taken by the petitioner's counsel to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
