Crl.M.P.No.1800 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.2800 of 2024 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 949 days in filing the above revision.

2.Pursuant to the order of this Court, today, Ms.D.Divya Bharathi, learned counsel for petitioner produced a bank statement, which shows that a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- has been deposited in the account of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also acknowledged the same.

4.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
