ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to correct the alleged entry for the patta issued in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioners' representation dated 03.09.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in respect of their contention that there is an error in the computer entry for the patta issued in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners, and after hearing the objections Page No.2 of 5
of all the necessary parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' representation, dated 03.09.2021 seeking correction of computer entry for the patta issued in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioners, and hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
