The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015 and 21.04.2015 on the file of the respondents herein and direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for an extent of 77 cents situated at Potheri Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that though he has given representations on 28.01.2015 and 21.04.2015 for the issuance of patta, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 28.01.2015 within a period of twelve weeks. 4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also taking into consideration the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.01.2015 and 21.04.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
