O R D E R

Challenging the Letter No.A/Cs.Br./HT/A1/F.HT SC 96/D.318/2011 dated 04.10.2011 of the 2nd respondent and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the prayer in the Writ Petition has already become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
