Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the orders passed by him in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.128437/W 1/04 dated 7.6.2005 signed on 13.6.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with effect from the date of original appointment as Junior Post Graduate Assistant i.e. 15.3.2005 and permit him to join duty as Junior Post Graduate Assistant with all service and monetary benefits.
