JUDGMENT

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal, with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge, for granting more time to pay the sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs fifty thousand only) referred to in the impugned order.
