Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for all the records pertaining to the passing of an order dated 13.01.2014 in proceedings No.1420/DGR/SE2/Oil/GL on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue eligibility certificates for allotment of regular LPG Distributorship under [GP] category at Nellikuppam, Cuddalore.
