The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 53 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 07.08.2023 made in C.A.No.248 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional Districtcum-Sessions Court, Gobichettipalayam.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
