By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of her representation dated 27.06.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a representation dated 21.02.2018 of the petitioner, seeking for issuance of patta, was returned on 05.04.2018 recording that certain conditions were not complied with by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

After complying with the conditions, the petitioner has represented the representation on 27.06.2018, seeking for issuance of patta, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and also affording due an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
