O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.11.2018 given by the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, he purchased a property situated at Puzhdhiwakkam Village from one Mr.Udayakumar, vide Sale Deed dated 22.01.1992 bearing Doc.No.122/1992. The said property was acquired by the first respondent for the purpose of formation of inner ring road. But, so far as the petitioner has not received any compensation from the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 19.11.2018 ,to the first respondent for payment of compensation. Since no action was forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner has not furnished the particulars for non payment of the compensation, along with his representation. If the petitioner furnishes all the particulars with the representation, the same would be considered by the first respondent, in accordance with law.
4. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel on both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with all particulars to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation being made, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
