CRIME NO.16 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 11.01.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.600 of 2022 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.600 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.

In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
