When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that during the pendency of this petition the charge sheet was filed and the same was numbered as C.C.No.18 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathi and the case was posted for hearing on 17.08.2021 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

2. Recording the above, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate the case in the manner known to law.
