Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition challenging the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5782/2010 A-2 Revision Petition No.11/2010 A-2, dated 13.07.2011.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd Respondent submitted that, after filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has been promoted as Clerk and thereafter as Secretary and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd Respondent may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed. 4.
