C O M M O N O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file final report in FIR No.88 of 2015 and to furnish the assets belonging to the second respondent with in a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending in Crime No.88 of 2015 before the 1st respondent.
4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to produce necessary documents and co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to follow the earlier order dated 03.02.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.2277 to 2301 of 2016 and the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2015 to be completed expeditiously.
