ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein update the petitioner's details in Survey No.700/1 in Chikkadhoranabetta Village, Marandahalli, Palacode in extent of 0.32.50 cent based on the petitioner application dated 31.12.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representation on 31.12.2022 with a request to update the petitioner's details in their Survey Number, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to update the petitioner's details in Survey No.700/1 in Chikkadhoranabetta Village, Marandahalli, Palacode in extent of 0.32.50 cent, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the neighbouring land owners, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
