This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.3392 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.82 of 2015 is filed by the daughter of the appellant / accused, who has since died pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. It is represented that the deceased appellant was a Government Servant and was dismissed from service pursuant to finding of the conviction.

Therefore, the second petitioner in the petition, being the daughter of the deceased appellant, seeks to come on record as second appellant.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
