Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the 2nd respondent passed in Proceedings Mu.Mu.No.155/12 dated 28.06.2012, quash the same and forbear the 2nd respondent from sanctioning any layout or site approval to construct the building or dwelling unit or building plan permission within 300 meters from the quarry site in the land bearing Survey No.48/1 admeasuring 0.80.0 Hectare (2 Acres) in R.Pudupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the 2nd respondent passed in Proceedings Mu.Mu.No.155/12 dated 28.06.2012, quash the same and forbear the 2nd respondent from sanctioning any layout or site approval to construct the building or dwelling unit or building plan permission within 300 meters from the quarry site in the land bearing Survey No.48/1 admeasuring 0.80.0 Hectare (2 Acres) in R.Pudupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the lease period itself is over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
