The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records and quash the pending committal in P.R.C.No.42 of 2017, on the file of the learned District Munsif -cum - Judicial Magistrate Court, Kattumannarkoil Taluk and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case against the petitioner in P.R.C.No.42 of 2017, on the file of the learned District Munsif -cum - Judicial Magistrate Court, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioner is ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition.
