ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested on 05.12.2019 and remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Sections 20 (c) of NDPS Act r/w 8 (c) of NDPS Act 1985 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 in Cr.No.175 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that 2 Kgs. of ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that earlier the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.No.174 of 2020 before this Court and the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 24.01.2020. He would further submit that investigation is almost over and prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the contraband was recovered from the house of the petitioner and would further submit that investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the fact that 2 Kgs. of ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner and the fact that investigation is still pending , I am not inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner.
