The learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following endorsement in the writ petition to the effect that: " The petitioner seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to approve the admission of three students at the petitioner's college for the academic year 2010-11. The 1st respondent has approved the admission and result has published by the 1st respondent, already the petitioner relief has been given by the 1st respondent. Hence the writ petition become infructuous."
