2.The petitioner is aggrieved by a final notice issued by the respondent municipality demanding arrears of Property Tax in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respect of four assessments for the Assessment years 2016-17 and 2017-18. The petitioner's case is that she owns only one property and the Property Tax Assessment Number for the said property is 154/01/17-18/0003947. It is, therefore, submitted that the petitioner has got no connection in respect of the other assessment numbers, which have been referred to in the impugned final notice.

In this regard, a representation has been sent by the petitioner on 02.02.2018 to the respondent by Registered post with acknowledgment due on the very same date i.e., 02.02.2018. 4.Considering the factual position, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and verify the records and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the impugned final notice shall be kept in abeyance. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
