This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the application of the Petitioner in Form 16 dated 12.08.2010 for payment of family pension in respect of her deceased husband Late M.Muthusamy's Pension Payment Order No.A775939/Tr A dated 23.09.1997 issued by the first respondent.

2. On 19.03.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner in the morning, hence, the matter was passed over to 02.15 p.m. in the afternoon. Even at 02.15 p.m. there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 29.03.2019. Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 29.03.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
