JUDGMENT
The appeal has been preferred against the award passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Chennai Bench. As per the order dated 13.06.2014 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, the Southern Railway had deposited the award amount and the same was withdrawn by the respondents.

Mr.R.Sekaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that when the award amount was already deposited and the was withdrawn by the respondents. Hence nothing remains in the appeal.
