The learned counsel, who had entered appearance on behalf of the first respondent, who is a plaintiff in the suit, would submit that the bundles have been handed over to the first respondent, after the dismissal of the revision.

2. Hence, issue fresh notice to the respondents returnable by four weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.

3. List the matter after four weeks.
