ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu herein, viz., Arthi, Daughter of Mrs.Suseela, aged 17 years, has filed this petition for production of her daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for respondent.

3. Today, the respondent police have produced the detenue viz., Arthi. On enquiry, she informs her having gone to her grand mother's place owing to defences with her mother. She now informed her intent for going back to her home with her mother.

4. In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
