Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the records, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner has filed these modification petitions prematurely, without approaching the concerned jurisdictional Court for the relief sought.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions seeking modification of the conditions are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the learned Additional CCB Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, by filing a fresh petition for modification in accordance with law. 16.02.2026 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rpl
