ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for petitioners states that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. At the same time, learned counsel for petitioners states that an amount of Rs.3.00 lakh deposited by petitioners with the Debts Recovery Tribunal pursuant to the order dated 3.2.2023 be refunded together with accumulated interest, if any.
2. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection.
3. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, is directed to refund the amount of Rs.3.00 lakh together with the accumulated interest, if any, to petitioner
within two weeks of receiving application from petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands disposed of.
