CRP(PD).No.2642 of 2011 CRP(PD).No.2642 of 2011 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 29.11.2018 while dismissing the above said CRP. (PD).No.2642 of 2011, this Court has directed the learned District Munsif, Ponneri, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.313 of 2006, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Now, the learned District Munsif, Ponneri, seeks permission of this Court to extend time to dispose of the matter vide letter D.No.6988/A/2019, dated 12.11.2019.
