JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal is filed against the decree and Judgment dated 08.11.2018 in A.S.No.34/2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, reversing the decree and judgment dated 12.09.2014 in O.S.No.277/2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri.
2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly, settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of TNMCC along with a settlement Agreement dated 19.12.2024 entered into between the parties, duly singed by both the appellants and the respondents and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.
3. The Second Appeal in S.A.No.289 of 2019 is disposed of in accordance with the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties in Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras. 2/4
The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.289 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
