ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments made in the land Ayeepalayam Village Rasipuram Taluk Namakkal district comprised in S.No.16/8A-45 admeasuring 0.0362.0 hectare owned by the Government of Tamilnadu. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the encroachment in question has removed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
