This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 228 days in representing the petition to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent (LR petition) in C.M.P.Sr.No.21997 of 2021 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 228 days in representing the LR Petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the LR petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same along with the present second appeal after two weeks.
