A.No.640 of 2020 in C.S.No.334 of 2016 A.No.640 of 2020 in C.S.No.334 of 2016 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent/4th defendant who is the contesting respondents/defendants in A.No.640 of 2020. This application had been filed seeking permission to present photocopies of advertisements, brochures and pamphlets and to mark the same as the document in the suit. When they were produced at the time of trial, the objections were raised since they were photocopies and permission had not been granted by this Court.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff stated that they would not present this application namely A.No.640 of 2020 and that they would not rely on the documents filed along with this application namely A.No.640 of 2020, but rely on the documents already filed along with the plaint at the time of the institution of the suit.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the 4th respondent also.
