This petition is filed to accept the cause title in the criminal original petition filed against the impugned S.T.C.No.23 of 2021 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court as well as in the Criminal miscellaneous petitions filed therein.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner Rahul Bhartia is not the proprietor of Bhartia Petro. The respondent has instituted the private complaint against the petitioner contending that he is the proprietor of Bhartia Petro and it is necessary that the petitioner has to prove that he is not the proprietor of Bhartia Petro and the proceedings against him is defective. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The petition stands ordered.
