Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.1135/2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 10.08.2017 made in C.A.No.20 of 2017 on the file of the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal confirming the judgment dated 28.04.2017 made in C.C.NO.236 of 2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL RC.1135/2017 [IN CRL.MP.NO.10795 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.1135/2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Suspension of sentence already granted on 29.08.2017 shall continue for a period of two weeks.
