Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the orders in (1) G.O.(D) No.817, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 11.8.2004 and (2) Government Lr.No.57560/AA1/04-01, Health and Family Welfare Department, dated 16.3.2005 (communicated in K.Dis.No.4690/E1/4/2005 dated 19.5.2005 of the fourth respondent) quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Medical Photo Officer with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of the third respondent with consequential benefits.
