This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, to consider the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day in the event of surrender by the petitioner and seeks bail in Crime No.46 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police. 2.

The learned Additional Public prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested by the respondent Police.
