(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this matter or similar matters, as the formalities under the Tamilnadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act have been completed and it is for the individual affected parties to approach the Town Vending Committees.
2. We may also note that the petitioner, a registered trade union, can hardly have any locus in the matter. The petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.789 of 2017 is closed.
