ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 29.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.5296 of 2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that order of this Court dated 29.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.5296 of 2024 has been complied with. He has also filed the copy of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by the respondent herein.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law against the order passed by the respondent herein, if she is aggrieved with the same.
