ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the first and second respondent police herein to provide police protection to the petitioner and to his property by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 11.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, notice was served to the petitioner and the third respondent and called for enquiry to be conducted on 08.02.2025.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
