On a perusal of entire case papers, it is found that already an order has been passed by this Court in this case on 05.08.2020, dismissing this petition, with a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.509 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The said order dated 05.08.2020 does not require any clarification / modification and the order dated 05.08.2020 shall remain unaltered and hold good and it is clarified accordingly.
