ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail, as they were arrested on 20.08.2017, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC in crime No.396/2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. I have heard Mr.P.Prince Premkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, who would state that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they were never indulged in any such activity.

3. Mr.R.Sekar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, would state that totally there are three accused, out of which, the petitioners are arrayed as A1 & A2.

4. When a specific question was asked, the learned Government Advocate, would state that there was no previous case pending against these petitioners and no bad antecedent is noticed by the respondent police, as far as these petitioners are concerned.

5. In view of the said facts and circumstances, I am inclined to pass the following orders that the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail, on the following conditions :-

(i) Each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, Thiruvallur District and (ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
