PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to dispose the Statutory Appeal dated 08.07.2019 filed by the Petitioners under Section 80(3) of the Registration Act, 1908 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the Statutory Appeal dated 08.07.2019 filed by the petitioners under Section 80(3) of the Registration Act, 1908 pending on the file of the 1st respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Writ Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
