Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in proceedings No.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E5/8813/2010 dated 08.07.2010 and consequent circular passed by the respondent in Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E5/12787/ 2010 dated 12.08.2010 and the consequent order passed in Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E5/6148/2010 dated 01.12.2020 passed in aforesaid proceedings and quash the same and to direct the respondent to promote the petitioners as superintendent.
