Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint employee of the Applicant viz. Mr.Ravi Kumar, Senior Executive Collection, as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ aid and break open of premises if necessary.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: This Court by order dated 06.02.2019, has appointed the company receiver to seize the vehicle in question. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant company.

2. This factor has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Though notice has been sent on the respondent pursuant to the order of this Court, the same has been returned as the respondent has changed his address. Be that as it may, since the task entrusted to the company receiver has been completed, no further orders are required to be passed in this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is closed.
