(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the election by maintaining an election petition, if contingency so arises. She has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.

2. As prayed, the above writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Consequently, the connected WMPs are also dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
