ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 5.(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32190 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32190 of 2024 on 21.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
